Rev. Mckee

Rev. Dr. Robert Fullerton McKee, 84, of Spartanburg, died Monday, July 9, 2012, at White Oak Estates. Born December 9, 1927, in Upland, PA, he was the husband of the late Phyllis W. McKee, and son of the late Joseph McIlvein and Emma Dunlap McKee. Rev. McKee was retired from the United Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern North Carolina Conference, and attended Trinity United Methodist Church. He received his BS Degree from Ursinus College, Masters of Divinity at Duke University, and later received his Doctorate Degree. Surviving are his daughters, Phyllis Robin McKee and husband Harvey J. Charlton of Raleigh, NC; Jo-Mary M. Bagwell and husband Clyde of Inman, SC; and granddaughters, Elizabeth C. Bagwell of Spartanburg, SC, and Abbie E. Bagwell of Inman, SC. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 10, 2012, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Dr. A. Stephen Holler. Visitation will follow at the graveside.
