Rev. Connor

Rev. David Richard Connor, 61, of Chesnee, SC, died Friday, May 19, 2016, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 6, 1954, in Spartanburg County, SC, he was the son of Richard and Pat Connor of Roebuck, SC, and husband of 44 years of Phyllis Lee Connor. He was a member of Fingerville Baptist Church. In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mandi Cleapor (Josh) of Spartanburg, SC; granddaughters, Logan Lane and Avery Lane; two brothers; one sister; two nieces; and two nephews. Visitation will be 2:00-2:50 PM Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Shane Cleapor and the Rev. Andy Case. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
