Reba Hyder

Reba Ann Woods Hyder, 82, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center, Mary Black Campus. Born September 15, 1938 in Laurens, SC she was the daughter of the late John Franks and Vallie Cox Woods and wife of the late Uyless Hyder. A retired seamstress having worked with Belk, Sam Wyche Sporting Goods and Hills Cleaners, Mrs. Hyder was a dedicated Christian and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her daughter, Carol Bryant (Ken); son, Eric Hyder all of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Brittany Ely (Chase) and Bryson Woodcock and great-grandchildren, Josephine Ely and Memphis Ely. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by nine siblings. A private graveside service will be held.
