Raymond Frye Jr.

Raymond "Randy" Dillard Frye, Jr., 69, of Spartanburg, died Thursday, January 7, 2021, at Spartanburg Medical Center-Mary Black Campus. He was born June 4, 1951 in Spartanburg, a son to Raymond Dillard Frye, Sr. of Boiling Springs and the late Bernecia Fleming Frye. Retired from Spartanburg County, Randy enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening, and traveling, especially to the beach. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Also surviving is his loving wife of 50 years, Lucille Hawkins Frye; daughters, Regina Frye Williams (Matt) and Georgia Burnett (Randy) all of Spartanburg; a son, Raymond "Ray" Frye, III (Lisa) of Roebuck; grandchildren, Cole, Bailee, Gray, Troy, Josie, Rylee, John Thomas, Bella, and Hannah Kate; and brothers, Ronnie Frye (Landy) of Maui, HI and Reggie Frye (Sheri) of Chesnee. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372, conducted by the Rev. Dylan Styles. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 156 Milestone Way, Ste.
