Rachel Bullard

Rachel Audrey Horton Bullard, 82, of Spartanburg, SC died Friday, January 22, 2016 at Lake Emory Post-Acute Care. Born March 19, 1933 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Loyd E. and Elizabeth West Horton and was the widow of Chester Morris Bullard. Mrs. Bullard was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and was a retired textile employee. She was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Survivors include a stepson, Chester Morris Bullard, Jr.; and a nephew, Rick Horton (Chris) of Duncan, SC. She was also predeceased by brothers, Loyd E. Horton, Jr. and James Carroll Horton. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by Mr. Caleb Horton.
