Phillip E. "Fuzzy" Holland, 56, of Lyman, died Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at his home. Born July 27, 1955, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late William Benard Holland, Sr. and Hazel Johnson Holland. "Fuzzy" was "a good guy", he was of the Baptist faith, and a salesperson with Mutual Home Stores in Greer. He was a photographer in Atlanta, GA for twenty-five years, employed with Charles Latham Studios, Holiday Worldwide, and then self-employed. He was an avid culinary enthusiast, loved food, the races, and Patty. He was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and The Art Institute of Atlanta. Survivors include his daughter, Diana Avery Holland of West Des Moines, IA and her loving mother who lives nearby; a brother, William B. Holland, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and his "main squeeze", Patty E. Wright of Boiling Springs, SC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, August 18, 2011, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, August 19, 2011, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Phillip E.
