Peggy Henderson

Peggy McClellan Henderson, 91, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born January 24, 1924, in Buffalo, SC, she was the daughter of the late Albert Columbus McClellan and Julia Wood McClellan and was married to the late Clinton Earl Henderson for 68 years. She was a member of Beaumont Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Clinton M. Henderson of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Heather Henderson, Joshua Brooks, and Jacob Brooks, all of Cherokee County; sister, Shirley Hawkins (Jerry); three nephews and five nieces. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, SC. The family is at their respective homes.
