Pauline Davis

Pauline Catherine Davis, 85, of Inman, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Magnolia Manor-Inman. Born February 19, 1928, in Forest City, NC, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence E. and Lettie I. Eaker Hames. Pauline was retired from Bankers Life & Casualty Insurance. After retirement, she was employed with Belks and Steinmart. She was a member of Fountain Gate Christian Assembly. Survivors include her son, Steve Davis of Williamston, SC; grandchildren, Kelly Steven Davis, Anthony Wayne Davis, and Kristi Lynette Hoff; great-grandchildren, Sierra Page Davis, Katie Hoff, and Kyndall Hoff; and a brother, Jim Hames of Spartanburg, SC. She was predeceased by a brother, Miles E. Hames. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, April 12, 2013, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Dale Meadows. Visitation will be at the graveside.
