Paula Trimmier

Paula Jean Trimmier, 35, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, February 12, 2015, at her home. Born August 30, 1979, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Sonja Mullinax Trimmier and Dr. Edward Perry Trimmier of Spartanburg. Paula graduated from Converse College where she received her Bachelor of Business Degree, she loved working with children and animals, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg and attended Beth Shiloh Messianic Synagogue of Spartanburg. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Gavin Edward Trimmier; sister, Ashley Turner Trimmier of Spartanburg; maternal grandmother, Pauline B. Mullinax of Anderson, SC; and uncle, Ronnie Mullinax of Anderson, SC. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Hattie Turner Trimmier and Thomas James Trimmier; and maternal grandfather, Hebert Eugene Mullinax. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Friday, February 20, 2015, in the Parlor at First Baptist Church, 250 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29306. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in Davis Chapel at First Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Donald J. Wilton, the Rev. Sal Barone, and Rabbi Andy Meyerson. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery-Converse Gardens, Oakwood Ave., Spartanburg, SC 29302.
