Paul Shelton Sr.

Paul Eugene Shelton Sr, 82, of Spartanburg, SC went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home. Born January 28, 1938 in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late James B. Shelton and Lillie Gentry Shelton. A US Navy veteran, Mr. Shelton was a member of Manna Baptist Church. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and was a very devoted family man. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Helen Shelton; son, Paul E. Shelton Jr. (Tina) of Tyler, TX; daughters, Debra Pitts (Ray) and Wanda Fisher (Eddie) all of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Jamie Cline (Raymond), Krista Spencer (Philip), Justin Pitts (Angie), Jennifer Hayes (Kelly), Shawn Verner (Chris) and Courtney Fisher and great-grandchildren, Mikinzi, Hayden, Christian, Heidi, Hannah, Jaxon, Carter, Gentry, and Elliott. Private graveside services will be held conducted by The Rev. Danny Cannon.
