Paul Manis

Paul Alan Manis, 51, of 1953 Glenn Springs Road, died Thursday, October 21, 2010, at his home. Born March 23, 1959 in Kingsport, TN, he was the son of Paul W. and Carolyn Motts Manis. He was a mechanic, pipe fitter, and sheet metal worker with W. N. Kirkland Heating and Air and a member of Pacolet First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Michael Scott Manis and wife Ladonna of Spartanburg; a daughter, Stacy Nicole Manis; a special sister, Lisa Gibson; a special aunt, Patsy Buice, all of Pacolet; three grandchildren, Brent, Brianna, and Katlyn Gosnell; and aunts, uncles and cousins residing in Tennessee, Virginia, and South Carolina. Visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Tommy Sparks. Burial will be in the Pacolet First Baptist Church Cemetery.
