Paul Addis

Paul Davon Addis, 69, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born December 1, 1945, in Gaffney, SC, he was the son of the late Paul and Carrie Addis. Mr. Addis, a retired truck driver with Piedmont Concrete, was a member of Parkway Free Will Baptist Church who "dearly loved the Lord" and his pastor. Survivors include his beloved wife of 37 years, Mary Joyce Daniel Addis; children, James Todd Teal of Roebuck, SC, Kip Dwayne Teal (Brittany Eubanks) of Chesnee, SC, Michael Brian Teal (Christina) of Spartanburg, SC, Wendy Addis (Ernie) of Greer, SC and Sean Addis of Spartanburg, SC; 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Parkway Free Will Baptist Church, conducted by Pastor Mitchell Edge, Pastor Kevin Smith, and Associate Pastor Wes Murray. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ministry Care Team, Parkway Free Will Baptist Church, 3615 Parris Bridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. The family is at their respective homes.
