Patrick Easler

Patrick K. Easler, 26, of Spartanburg, died Monday, January 30, 2012, at Spartanburg, Regional Medical Center. Born January 23, 1986, in Greer, SC, he was the son of Timothy K. Easler and Debbe Pearson Humphries, both of Spartanburg. Patrick attended and graduated Carolina High and Academy in Greenville and was very active in HOSA where he was SC Champion and top five nationally. He was a graduate of USC-Columbia and was currently pursuing his Spanish teaching certification. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-father, Tom Humphries; grandparents, Angeline White Easler of Spartanburg and Sherlee Pearson of Hendersonville, NC; sisters, Janie Humphries of Spartanburg and Kelly Karlberg of Sweden; aunt, Glenda E. Dudley and husband Mike of Lawrenceville, GA; uncles, Bobby and Brian Pearson, both of Spartanburg; and cousin, David Dudley and wife Kelli of Atlanta, GA. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Glen A. Easler. Visitation will be 2:00-2:45 PM Friday, February 3, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM, in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Bill Lark. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
