Patricia Smith

Patricia Ann Smith, 54, died Friday, December 19, 2012. She was born in Spartanburg, SC on March 23, 1958 and was a daughter of the late Harold Dean Smith and Donna Jean Freeman-Sisk. Surviving are her children, Amanda Kay Smith-Tapp and Crystal Ann Austin; her grandchildren, Damien Nickolus Tapp, Haylin Marie Tapp and Tala Camille Austin; her siblings, Betty Jean Garrett, Harold Dean Smith, Jr., Sandra Kay Crawley and Cathy Ann Burgess; her life-mate, Steven Vassey; and eight nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by Pastor Paul Smith. Floyd's N.
