Patricia Simmons

Patricia (Pat) Wilson Simmons, 85, of Spartanburg, and formerly of Jacksonville, FL, died Friday, February 19, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born March 4, 1924, in Parkersburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Raymond and Ethel Beatrice Tannahall Wilson. She was a nurse with St. Luke's Hospital and retired from Blue Cross-Blue Shield in Jacksonville, FL, and was a member of Ortega United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mary McLoughlin of Spartanburg; two grandchildren, Chris McLoughlin and Michele Tinsley; and two great-grandchildren, Zoe and Gabin Tinsley. Visitation will be 12:45-1:44 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2010, at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, Jacksonville, FL.
