Patricia Hughey

Pat Hughey, 69, died Sunday, April 3, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. Born April 17, 1941, in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of Elizabeth Reagan Gilliam and the late George Washington Gilliam. She was a former employee of Siemens and a member of Harvest Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Oscar Eugene Hughey; two daughters, Debbie Roberson of Boiling Springs and April Parton of Roebuck; two sons, Gary and Scott Roberson, both of Boiling Springs; a sister, Freida Splawn of Roebuck; three brothers, Butch Gilliam of Inman, Steve and Eric Gilliam of Spartanburg; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, David Roberson. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, conducted by the Rev. Andy Case. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at the home.
