Pamela “Pam” Jean King Duncan, 64, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Born January 1, 1958, in Greenwood, SC, she was the daughter of the late Palmer Eugene and Audrey Faulkner King.
Pam was a wife, mother, nana, and beloved sister. She had a kind heart and loving spirit, who was led to serve other people as a nurse.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Robert “Bud” Reid Duncan, her daughters, Mandy Grant (Adam) of Spartanburg, SC, Audrey Casey Howerton (John) of Easley, SC; her son, Matthew Duncan (Desiree) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, Caleb Grant (Willow), Ethan Grant, Evan Grant, Jackson Scruggs, Aidan Duncan, Mason Duncan, Peyton Duncan, Lawson Duncan, Kayla Howerton, Asher Howerton, Logan Howerton, Grayson Howerton, and Ivey Howerton; her siblings, Len King (Beverly), Jenny Davis (Larry), Wanda King, Allen King (Gail), Kathy Cannady (Wade) and Mike King; along with numerous nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Shirley “Jig” Miller.
The family would like to give special thanks to Johanna Dianda, Angela Barnes, Kindred Hospice, and the other caregivers who provided excellent and loving care of Pam.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday April 11, 2022, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Tommy King and Mr. Matthew Duncan, Eulogist. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
