Pamela Mccoy

Pamela "Pam" Yates McCoy, 61, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 in Spartanburg Medical Center. Born December 30, 1954 in Asheboro, NC, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Iola Tolbert Yates. Pamela was formerly employed as a secretary with The Spartanburg Day School and was a member of First Baptist of Cowpens. Survivors include her husband, William D. (Bill) McCoy; son, Zack Yates McCoy (Leslie) of Spartanburg, SC; grandson, William (Will) McCoy; granddaughter, Mallori (MJ) McCoy; sister, Iris Oliver of Asheboro, NC; and nieces, Kim Lassiter and Lakita Adams. She was predeceased by brothers, Bobby Yates and Jimmy Yates; and a sister, Lois Luther. Private services will be held at a later date.
