Orville Early, 76, of 104 Hickory Hill Drive, died Friday, July 10, 2010 at his home. Born April 26, 1934 in Persia, TN, he was the son of the late Raymond Lee and Jessie Lee Spears Early. He retired from Kohler Company after 36 years of service, was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, an amateur radio operator, and a member of Brown's Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Goldie L. Early; a daughter, Teresa Owens and husband Frank of Duncan; a sister, Odell Weems of Talbott, TN; a brother, J. W. Early of Greenville, TN; two grandchildren, James Greer, III and wife Amy and Patrick Greer and wife Jennifer; four great-grandchildren, Christina Leann Greer, James Greer, IV, Caillin Greer, and Allan Greer; a special aunt, Laura Bell Laster; and three nephews, Clifford Early, Ricky Weems, and Jay Junior Early. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Oliver Early. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Larry Bateman. Burial will follow in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.
