Opal Riddle

Opal Diane Lane Riddle, 63, of Cowpens, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born January 31, 1947, in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of Clyde Lane of Texas and the late Louise Garrett Lane. She was a member of Gospel Baptist Church in Cowpens. Surviving in addition to her father is her husband of 45 years, Gene Riddle; a son, Donnie Eugene Riddle of Cowpens; a daughter, Joanne Riddle Hall and husband Ray of Cowpens; two sisters; one brother; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2010, in Cowpens Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Terry Wilson. The family is at the home, 5385 North Main Street, Cowpens, SC 29330.
