Norma Jean Isaacs Riley, 73, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at her home. Born August 18, 1944, in Grethel, KY, she was the daughter of the late Okie and Edith Reynolds Isaacs. Norma loved her family and enjoyed singing gospel songs as well as boating on Lake Greenwood. She was a member of Full Salvation Church of the Living God and retired from the VA Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. Survivors include her children, Kaye Parris (Ray) of Spartanburg, SC, Beth Blackburn of Dadeville, AL, Sara Riley, Marissia Barker (Chris), Doug Riley, Curtis Riley, and Terry Riley, all of Spartanburg, SC; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Rita Hall of Cowpens, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Palestine Riley; and brothers, Leno and Leon Isaacs. The family will receive friends at the home after 2:00 PM Thursday, March 29, 2018 until Saturday morning. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 31, 2018, at Full Salvation Church of the Living God, 920 S. River St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by The Rev. Ricky Pridmore, Jr. Burial will be in Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens, 175 Cemetery St., Cowpens, SC 29330. The family expresses special thanks to the team at Spartanburg Regional Home Hospice.
