Norma Hendrix

Norma Perry Hendrix, 87, of Spartanburg, SC died Friday, April 16, 2021 at National Healthcare. Born June 19, 1933 in Youngstown, OH, she was the daughter of the late Fred B. and Isabelle Widener Perry and the widow of Noah Broughton Hendrix, Jr. Norma was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was very involved in the Hejaz Shriners and she loved to travel. Survivors include her sons, Michael Hendrix (Cathy) of Simpsonville, SC and Russell Hendrix (Bobbie Joe) of Hickory, NC, grandchildren, Shannon Hendrix (Rhonda), Crystal Thomas (Clay), and Ryan Hendrix, and her brother, Vincent Perry (Barbara) of Melbourne, FL. Visitation will be 2:00 - 2:45 PM Friday, April 23, 2021 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM at the chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
