Nell Clark

Eva Nell Sullivan Clark, 78, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born November 27, 1935, in La France, SC, she was the daughter of the late Mason Dupree Sullivan and Sarah Campbell Sullivan. A graduate of Spartanburg High School, Mrs. Clark was an avid gardener and cook. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Surviving is her loving husband of 59 years, Ronald Eugene Clark; son, Michael Andrew Clark, his wife Marie, and their children, Andrew Clark and Graeson Clark, all of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Kimberly Lane Ryan, her husband William George Ryan, and daughter, Sarah Finleyson, all of Duncan, SC; brother, D. Gene Sullivan and his wife Judy of Lake Bowen, SC; niece, Gina; nephew, Jason; and special niece, Jayne Maloney of Sumter, SC. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 23, 2014, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Jason A. Lee. Visitation will follow at the graveside. Memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 350 N. Blackstock Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301; or a charity of one's choice.
