Neddie Moseley, 72, of 160 Candlenut Lane, died Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born October 30, 1938, in Chesnee, he was the son of the late John Arthur and Ruth Davis Mosley. Neddie was a retired veteran of the U. S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith, an insurance salesman, and a self-employed sheet-rock installer. Survivors include three daughters, Janice Fruchey and her husband Bradley of Killeen, TX, Roxie Hixson and her husband Chuck of Spartanburg, and Gabrielle Varley and her husband Dwight of Colorado; two sons, Ned Moseley and his wife Laura of Radcliff, KY, and Daniel Moseley and his wife Kimberly of Inman, SC; two stepchildren, Toni and Phillip Landers; twenty-two grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; three brothers, Nathan Mosley and his wife Betty, David Mosley and his wife Linda, and Jerry Mosley and his wife Joyce, all of Chesnee. He was predeceased by his brothers, Frank and Bill Mosley. Funeral services, with military honors, will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, conducted by Pastor Mike Nelson and Pastor Chuck Hixson. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The families are at the residence.
