Narvis Ann Littleton, age 69, passed away on February 13, 2024, in her hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was born on January 25, 1955, daughter of Lloyd Vernon Fortner and Gaynelle Sanders Fortner Greene.
Narvis was a woman of many talents. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Limestone College, she dedicated her life to taking care of her family and creating a warm and loving home. Narvis found joy in the simplest things and had a deep appreciation for nature. She would often spend hours sitting by the window, observing the changing seasons and the wildlife that graced her yard.
Crafting was one of Narvis' greatest passions. She possessed a creative flair that manifested itself through knitting, crocheting, and cross-stitching. With skilled hands and a loving heart, she would create beautiful items for others. Narvis took great pleasure in making these handmade gifts, knowing they brought comfort and joy to those who received them.
However, above all else, Narvis cherished her family. Her proudest accomplishment was being a devoted wife to William "Bill", Harold Littleton Jr., whom she loved deeply throughout their marriage. Together they shared countless memories and built a life filled with love and happiness.
Narvis is survived by her daughter, Harley L. Kirkland (Clark) of Columbia; her mother, Gaynelle Sanders Fortner Greene of Gaffney; two brothers, Richard Leroy Fortner (Penny) of Gaffney and Lloyd Vernon Fortner Jr. (Clara) of Gaffney; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill father, Lloyd Vernon Fortner, and her brother, Thomas Edward Fortner.
