Nancy Jean Carter Quinn, 82, of Spartanburg, died Monday, December 20, 2010 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Born February 20, 1928 in Glendale, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Leon Carter and Lottie Gilmer Carter Freeman and the wife of the late William Frank Quinn. She was a lifelong member of Glendale United Methodist Church and the owner of Quinn's Beauty Shop. Survivors include her daughter, Laura Quinn Williams and her husband Rappy and their children, Christen Leigh Williams and Matthew Quinn Williams, all of Spartanburg. She was predeceased by a brother, Don Gilmer Carter and stepfather, John Troy Freeman. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Jones Brewer. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Michael J.
