Nancy J. Perry

Nancy J. Perry, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2024, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Born on June 18, 1945, in Spartanburg to the late Clyde L. Fowler and Martha Geneva Smith Fowler.  

Nancy was a woman whose heart was as large as her flower garden, her love for her flowers mirrored the love she had for her family. Known for her kindness, Nancy would do anything for her children: her home was a warm haven for them and for countless others. It served as a gathering place, filled with laughter and love, where memories were made and cherished.

She leaves behind her son, Johnny Wyatt, and his wife, Sharon; her daughter, Brenda Wade; and her son, Jefferson Perry. Nancy was proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren and all her great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Nancy is survived by her remaining sister, Elaine Stafford. She is predeceased by her parents, son, Jerry Wyatt, and her siblings: Paul, Kenneth, James, Leroy, and Brenda Fowler. 

A visitation will be held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. 

A graveside service will be at 12:00 PM, Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

Nancy dedicated her life to her family, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew and loved her.
