Nancy Hill

Nancy Ann Crocker Hill, 80, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, July 30, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born March 7, 1937, in Lockhart, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Mary Esther Kitchens Crocker. Mrs. Hill was a graduate of Piedmont Beauty School and the owner of Nan's Styling Salon. Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Melvin Hill; children, Russ Lee (Dena) of Spartanburg, SC, Jane Simpson of Union, SC; step-sons, Robert Lee Hill and Ronnie Lynn Hill both of Gaffney, SC; grandchildren, Kristin Motts and Brandy Simpson (Corey) all of Spartanburg, SC, Matt Etling of Union, SC and Landon Etling of New Jersey; great-grandchildren, Lilly Motts, Corey Alan Simpson and Amalie Etling and sister, Esther Sue Eaves. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by son, Del Lee and grandson, Kent Lee. A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Andy Case. Visitation will follow the service in the Chapel. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family is at the home.
