Nancy Carter

Nancy Ann Davis Carter, 49, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 16, 1968, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Nancy Ruth Geddes Davis of Spartanburg and the late James Monroe Davis. She was a charter member of Dependent Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, survivors include her son, Zachary Carter and his wife Sharayah of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Jaime Carter of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Tommy Davis of Pacolet, SC; nephew and niece, Matthew Davis and Jessica Davis, both of Pacolet, SC. Visitation will be 1:00-2:45 PM Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Joe Geddes. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
