Myrtle Boiter

Myrtle V. Boiter, 80, of 499 Flatwood Road, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, at her home. Born July 11, 1930, in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late J. W. and Hassie Millwood Vaughan and the widow of L. L. Boiter, Jr. She was retired from Spartan Mills and a member of Eden Wesleyan Church. Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn B. Neighbors of Spartanburg; sons, David O. Boiter of Inman, Larry L. Boiter and Michael A. Boiter, both of Spartanburg; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Carrie H. Wall of Spartanburg and Hazel V. Blackwell of Inman. Mrs. Boiter was predeceased by a sister, Betty Wyatt. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Matthew Eddleman. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family expresses their appreciation to Maurice, Mrs. Rosie, Matt, Paige, Dina, Tiffany, and Mrs. Frances. The family is at their respective homes.
