Mildred Littlejohn

Mildred Kathryn Joyner Littlejohn, 88, of Greer, SC, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at National Healthcare-Greer. Born September 13, 1925, in Holly Hill, SC, she was the daughter of the late Tabor Neal and Annie Brown Joyner. Mrs. Littlejohn loved her God, her family, and her church. She was a charter member of Morningside Baptist Church, the Ruth Sunday School Class, and a choir member. She retired from Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as an LPN. Surviving is her beloved husband, Arthur Beaufort Littlejohn; daughter, Martha Greene (Bob) of Moore, SC; son Duwayne N. Littlejohn (Barbara C.) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Neal Littlejohn (Tanya) of Pacolet, SC and Michael Littlejohn (fiancé, Natalie Conner) of Boiling Springs, SC; and great-grandchildren, Ivy Littlejohn, Keaton Bell, and Eli Bell. The family will receive friends 5:30-7:00 PM Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Morningside Baptist Church Welcome Center. Private family services were conducted previously. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morningside Baptist Church Building Fund, 897 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302. The family is at their respective homes.
