Mildred Jacobs

Mildred Louise Stover Jacobs, 94, formerly of Spartanburg, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2009. She was the widow of the Rev. Ernest Linwood Jacobs, Sr. and a member of Boiling Springs Church of God. Survivors include two brothers, the Rev. Lewis Stover, Jr. and his wife Irma of Lawrenceville, GA, and the Rev. Paul T. Stover of Rome, GA; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Ernest Linwood, Jr. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Boiling Springs Church of God conducted by Pastor Michael Coward and the Rev. Lewis Stover, Jr. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
