Michael Hugh "Mike" Christian, 66, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born August 24, 1947, in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Hugh Dorsey and Lillian Putman Christian. He was of the Baptist faith and employed by Harrison Workware. Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Oshel Seagraves Christian; children, Michael Christian Jr., Patty Henson and her husband Kevin of Spartanburg, and Teresa Cannon of Lyman; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, November 22, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 23, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by the Rev. David Carter. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
