Matthew Lee Stepp

Matthew Lee Stepp, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away unexpectedly on May 16th, 2023. Matt was born on January 12, 1988, to Michael Stepp of Spartanburg, SC and Jane Stepp of Boiling Springs, SC.

A graduate of Boiling Springs High School and Limestone College, Matthew was employed by Kanpai of Tokyo.

Matthew is survived by his son, Landon Stepp; two sisters: Jennifer Humphries and Jessica Biershenk; four brothers: Michael Putnam, Shane Stepp, Chris Stepp and Josh Stepp; and grandmother, Edith Stepp; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandfather, Donald Stepp, and maternal grandparents, Donald and Ruth McCraw.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Highway 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. A Memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the chapel, conducted by The Rev. John Lee and The Rev. John Cox.
