Matthew Gray Lewis "Louie", 36, of Greenville, SC, died Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at his home. Born April 29, 1982, in Waynesboro, VA, he was the son of Susan "Sue" Long Lewis of the home and the late Michael Gray Lewis. He was a former member of Fernwood Baptist Church and employed with Southern Culture. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Nathan Gray Knox of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Sabrina Fields (Ben) of Greer, SC; nieces, Catherine and Isabella of Greer, SC; maternal grandmother, Sylvia Long of Virginia; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family. The family will host a service honoring his memory at 2:00 PM Monday, December 3, 2018, at Pelham Road Baptist Church, 1108 Pelham Rd., Greenville, SC 29615, with The Rev. Dr. John Roy and The Rev. Sam Coates officiating.
