Massie Henline

Massie Kelly Henline, 89, of Inman, SC, died Friday, April 11, 2014. Born March 2, 1925, in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Melton and Fannie Kelly, and widow of Earl Eugene Henline. Mrs. Henline retired as Spartanburg's first lady barber. She was a member of Central Church of Christ and volunteered at Spartanburg Regional Hospital for many years. Surviving are her children, Deborah Wold of Inman, SC, Michael Eugene Henline of Spartanburg, SC, and H. Steven Henline (Nancy) of Lyman, SC; grandchildren, Steven Phillip Rogers (Teresa) of Spartanburg, SC, Mark Rogers of Greensburg, IN, Michael Wold at USC, Kerry Henline and Sam Henline, both of Spartanburg, SC; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 1:00-5:00 PM Saturday, April 12, 2014, at the home of Deborah Wold, 228 Ranier Dr., Inman, SC. A memorial service will be conducted by the family at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 13, 2014, at Central Church of Christ with Mr. Ernie Thigpen officiating.
