Mary Wilson

Mary Frances Wilson, 87, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at her home. Born July 27, 1925, in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Walter Decatur Wilson Sr. and Nellie Ruth McGwinn Wilson. Miss Wilson was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and a retired textile worker. Survivors include her sister and brothers, Jo Ann Creel, Kenneth Wilson, and Wayne Wilson, all of Spartanburg, SC; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, May 3, 2013, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Dr. Terry E. Pleasant. Visitation will follow at the graveside. The family is at the home.
