Mary Sharp

Mary Katherine Sharp, 87, of 221 Foster Mill Road, died Monday, January 18, 2010, at White Oak Manor. Born January 6, 1923, in Pauline, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Gussie and Annie Pruitt Bagwell and the wife of the late Benson Davis Sharp. She was retired from Raycord and a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church. Survivors include a step-son, James Benson Sharp Buckner of Burnsville, NC. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2010, in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Joshua C. Jennings. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Philadelphia Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 220, Pauline, SC 29374. The family is at their respective homes.
