Mary Dillard

Mary Rogers Dillard, 75, of Pacolet, and former resident of Charleston from 1947-1996, entered eternal rest Sunday, October 23, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born September 28, 1936, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late George and Grace Perkins Rogers, and wife of the late Sam Walker Dillard, Sr. She was a member of Pacolet United Methodist Church. Survivors include her son, Sam Walker Dillard, Jr. of Pacolet. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2011, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Jimmy Dillard and the Rev. Robert Branch. Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens.
