Mary Ramey Johnson Nanney Wofford Brady, 93, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, July 1, 2021, at her home. Born April 8, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Albert Benson Johnson Sr. and Hattie Foster Johnson.

She was a retired teacher at Greer High School with over 10 years of service, and was a member of Nazareth Presbyterian Church.
Mary lived a life of service to the Lord with grace and thankfulness. Mary loved to travel, roaming across the United States and Canada with John in their RV, taking trips to the Holy Land and Europe, and ensuring her family had a glorious beach vacation every summer. She delighted in simple pleasures – clogging to the Bluegrass music of her daughter’s band Gritz, eating hot dogs from Boots’ and Sonny’s, and eating chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, and chocolate candy. She will be dearly missed by her family, her friends, and her devoted team of caregivers.
