Mary Mclaurin

Mary Belle McMurray McLaurin, 96, of Lyman, died Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Ashlan Village. Born November 16, 1915, in Rock Hill, SC, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Stewart and Mary Orr Flowers McMurray, and wife of the late Clifton L. McLaurin. Mrs. McLaurin was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church and the first secretary of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Spartanburg. She is survived by three sons, Clifton L. "Cliff" McLaurin Jr. and his wife Carol of Wellford, SC, Douglas C. McLaurin of North Myrtle Beach, SC, and David G. McLaurin and his wife Ginger of Cary, NC; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in Winter Haven, FL. The J. F.
