Mary Clary

Mary B. Clary, 92, of Inman, SC died Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her home. Born October 1, 1924 in Woodruff, SC, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Toy and Lizzie Mae Smith Brockman. She was married to the late P.L. "Jack" Clary, Jr. for 70 years. Mary Elizabeth was retired from Drug Plastic. She and her husband Jack owned Artex Cleaners of Spartanburg. She was a member of First Baptist North Spartanburg. Her love of flowers developed into becoming a master gardener. Survivors include her son, Henry Ronald Clary of Inman, SC, daughter, Patricia Batchler of Boiling Springs, SC, five granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren, and a sister, Vickie Gray of Moore, SC. Along with her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by a son, Jackie Brockman Clary, grandson, Henry Ronald Clary, Jr., brothers, John Toy Brockman, Leonard Newton Brockman, and daughter-in-law, Brenda Cantrell Clary. Visitation will be 10:00 - 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Graveside service will be 11:30 AM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Dwayne Morris.
