Mary Anderson

Mary Marita Anderson, 80, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Monday, July 6, 2015 at her home. Born March 18, 1935, in Clay County West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Victor Lee Turner and Mida Mae Dodrill Turner. Mrs. Anderson loved to cook, play bingo, and dominoes. She was a member of the Boiling Springs Church of Christ. Survivors include her loving husband of 57 years, Kermit Dale Anderson; children, Gary Anderson (Karen) of Moore, SC and Janet Black (Linn) of Arnold, MO; grandchildren, Christopher Anderson, Marita Anderson, Matthew Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Benjamin Black, Caleb Black, and Sucia Black; brothers and sisters, Charles Turner (Jane) of Orrville, OH, Ann Whinery (David) of Lodi, OH, Charlotte Chandler (Gene) of Charlotte, NC, Roger Turner (Lorraine), Sue Turner, all of Medina, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Ray Turner. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Friday, July 10, 2015, at Boiling Springs Church of Christ. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, at the church, conducted by ministers, Michael Grooms and Charles Clark. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, 4081 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Boiling Springs Church of Christ, 870 Double Bridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
