Martin Edwards

Marty Edwards, 62, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born October 22, 1950, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Ray Lindsey Edwards of Moore, SC, and the late Nellie Varner Edwards. In addition to his father, survivors include his step-mother, Annette Edwards of Moore, SC; sister, Jill Edwards Barron (Scott) of Boiling Springs, SC; brother, Rusty Edwards (Chrissy) of Spartanburg, SC; son, Michael Christopher Edwards (Laura) of Frederick, MD; grandsons, Christian Edwards and Aaron Edwards; and a nephew, Ryan. A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, June 8, 2013, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. James Ellis Griffeth.
