Marretta Jackson

Marretta Dawn Clubb Jackson, 54, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, November 30, 2020, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born December 2, 1965, in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Jack Donald and Nancy Pettit Clubb. Mrs. Jackson was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church and was a selfless individual whose home was always open to all those in need, and strays, whether they were children, dogs and/or cats. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Edwards Jackson; son, Bruce Zachary Jackson; daughter, Nancy Victoria Jackson, both of the home; sister, Sonya Clubb Parton of the Cannons Community and brothers, Johnny Clubb of Spartanburg, and Gary Ingraham of Glendale. Visitation will be 3:30-4:00 PM Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Peace Free Will Baptist Church, 1195 Old Converse Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with a memorial service following at 4:00 PM conducted by The Rev. Chuck Thornton. Flowers will be accepted and must be delivered to the church one hour prior to the visitation time.
