Margaret Ridgeway

Margaret Ann Ridgeway, 64, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at her home. Born March 17, 1950, in Dillon County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Marion Douglas and Mary Margaret Hubbard Williams. Mrs. Ridgeway was a member of Truth Chapel Pentecostal Church. She loved her church, gardening, and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She also loved all her pets throughout her life, especially "Buddy". Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Donald Clyde Ridgeway, Sr.; son, Donnie Ridgeway, Jr. (April) of Spartanburg; daughter, Angela Ann Ridgeway (friend, Scott) of Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Tristen Gowan, Brianna Ridgeway, and Dillon Ridgeway; great-grandson, Cadence Gowan; sisters, Polly Williams, Linda Williams, and Lois Blackmon; and step-brother, Marion Carter. She also leaves behind uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Scott Corbin. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Pallbearers are Jordan Ridgeway, Griffin Ridgeway, Clayton Hubbard, and Kevin Solesbee.
