Margaret Jones

Margaret Oglesby Jones, 89, of Cowpens, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born November 4, 1922 in Cowpens, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Timmie Gibbs Oglesby and wife of the late Claude O. Jones, Jr. Mrs. Jones was retired from Clifton Manufacturing Company and a member of Salem United Methodist Church of Cowpens. Surviving are two grandchildren, John Jones and Laura Jones; and sister, Dorothy Moss of Greenville. Mrs. Jones was predeceased by a son, Dennis Jones; brothers, Frank Oglesby, Donald Oglesby, Wesley Oglesby, Charles Oglesby, and Robert Oglesby; and sisters, Lucille Kirby and Eula Phillips. Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, March 5, 2012, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Roye Lynn Kulik.
