Margaret Oglesby

Margaret Faye Coggins Oglesby, 92, of Spartanburg, SC died Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Born February 15, 1928 in Spartanburg, SC she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Irene McCarley Coggins. She was the wife of the late Eldridge Lee and William Max Oglesby. Mrs. Oglesby was retired from First Citizens Bank and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church Cowpens. She loved traveling, gardening and was a member of the Garden Club in Cowpens. Survivors include her sisters, Florence Bennett and Sara Bryson; sister-in-law, Jenita Coggins and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 19, 2020 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC, conducted by The Rev. Wayne Major. Visitation will follow at the graveside. Memorials may be made to Salem United Methodist Church, 5425 N. Main Street, Cowpens, SC 29330.
