Margaret Ann West Bolton, 70, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, May 28, 2010 at her home. Born September 9, 1939 in Pauline, SC, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Henry West and Margie Annette Springs West and wife of the late Frank McKinney Bolton. She was owner of Colonial Hair Styles and a member of Cedar Spring Baptist Church where she was a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class and served on the flower committee. Survivors include a son, Stephen McKinney Bolton and wife Jean Merchant Lomax Bolton of Pauline; a daughter, Kathleen Annette Bolton Bullington and husband Albert Bryan Bullington III of Spartanburg; a granddaughter, Ann Margaret McKinney Bullington; a grandson, Albert Bryan Bullington IV; four sisters, Dorothy Louise West Smith of Pauline, Beverly June West of Winston-Salem, NC, Nancy Jane West Hallman and Margie Alfreda West Lipscomb both of Spartanburg; and four brothers, Everette Elmo West and Douglas DuPre West both of Pauline, and Michael Eugene West and William Daniel West both of Spartanburg. She was predeceased by four brothers, Burton Emisly West, Noel Jerome West, Alfred David West, and Donald West. Visitation will be 1:00-2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Cedar Spring Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the church, conducted by the Rev Todd Lowe. Burial will be in Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be may be made to Cedar Spring Baptist Church, 140 Cedar Springs Place, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
