Machele Bollinger

Machele Elizabeth Bollinger, 51, of 235 N. Lake Emory Drive, Inman, died Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born November 30, 1960, at Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC, she was a daughter of Bill and Barbara Mauzy Creek of Moore, SC. She was a graduate of H. C. Conrad High School in Wilmington, DE and of the University of South Carolina-Upstate. Machele was a Registered Nurse for Dr. James Story and Cardiology Consultants, and a member of Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church. Also surviving are her husband of 32 years, David Bollinger; daughters, Kristin Bollinger of Charleston, SC and Katherine Blackwell and husband Matthew of Summerville, SC; grandchildren, Trevor and Allison Blackwell; brother, Michael Creek and wife Juli of Spartanburg; and sister, Cynthia Thorne and husband Chuck of Moore. Visitation will be 2:30-3:45 PM on Monday, April 23, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. D. J. Horton.
